The Desperate Man and the Fitted Sheet Fine Art Print

Some household tasks deserve a little existential panic. A wide-eyed man grips the elasticized corners of a white fitted sheet beside his temples as the fabric falls in baffling folds across the foreground. This humorous fine art print echoes the urgent expression and outward elbows of Courbet’s familiar portrait, adding a thoroughly ordinary reason for despair. Dark tones, colorful accents and halftone textures give the scene its layered finish.
