Before launching Mr Clever Art on Shopify, I pioneered digital collectible art on the blockchain with CleverVision, my NFT collection on the WAX network. Since April 2021, this collection has generated over $8,000 in total volume with nearly 40,000 NFTs minted across 1,300+ unique templates.

CleverVision launched as a Series 1 trading card ecosystem, offering collectors the opportunity to acquire unique 1/1 NFT artwork. Almost every NFT comes with corresponding exclusive digital benefits, bridging the gap between traditional art collecting and Web3 innovation.

The collection features 39,800 NFTs across 31 categories, held by over 1,000 wallets worldwide. Each piece represents my exploration of digital art ownership, scarcity, and community building in the blockchain space.

Why NFTs and Blockchain Art?

My journey into NFTs was about experimenting with new models of art ownership and distribution. The blockchain allows for provable scarcity, transparent ownership history, and direct artist-to-collector relationships without intermediaries. CleverVision was my laboratory for understanding how digital art could have the same collectibility and value as physical pieces.

What I learned from building CleverVision directly influenced how I approach physical art today—the importance of limited editions, signed works, authentication, and creating pieces that hold value beyond their aesthetic appeal.

From Digital to Physical

The success of CleverVision on the blockchain validated my belief that collectors value authenticity, scarcity, and artist vision. Today, I apply those same principles to my physical art—vintage French paper prints with inherent scarcity due to limited substrate availability, holographic prints with unique material properties, and one-of-a-kind pieces that can't be replicated.

Both my NFT collection and physical artwork share the same DNA: bold pop art aesthetics, street art influences, reinterpretations of classical imagery, and a commitment to creating collectible pieces that tell a story.
