All orders are handmade to order in Los Angeles. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipment.

• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
• International Shipping: 10-15 business days

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package anytime through the carrier's website.

Returns & Exchanges

14-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your art. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions
Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Custom orders and limited edition 1/1 pieces are final sale.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Special Policy for Original & 1/1 Artworks

Non-Returnable Items: All original artworks, 1/1 editions, and luxury acrylic slab pieces are final sale due to their one-of-a-kind nature. These unique collectibles cannot be resold once handled, ensuring you receive a pristine, art gallery, museum-quality piece. Returns are only accepted if damaged during shipping—please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
